1. Program Overview
The BritechPlus ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Self‑Study Scholarship Program is designed to empower motivated individuals who wish to advance their careers in Quality Management Systems (QMS). This edition of the program introduces a competitive, community‑driven selection process, where the final scholarship recipients are chosen through public voting.
The scholarship will fully sponsor three (3) candidates to complete the ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor self‑study certification.

3. Scholarship Slots

4. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Ability to commit to the self‑study program.
- Willingness to participate in the public voting stage.
5. Selection Process
Step 1: Application Submission
Candidates submit:

- Statement of Purpose (max 500 words)
- Proof of academic or professional background
Step 2: Screening
Applications are reviewed based on:
- Professional merit
- Motivation and clarity of career goals
- Alignment with QMS and auditing career paths
Step 3: Top 10 Shortlist
The 10 strongest candidates are shortlisted based on the screening criteria.
Step 4: Public Voting
- The profiles of the top 10 candidates are published on the BritechPlus platform or designated voting page.
- Voting is open to the public for a defined period (e.g., 7–10 days).
- Each participant is encouraged to share their profile to gather support.
Step 5: Final Selection
- The three (3) candidates with the highest number of votes receive the scholarship.
- Results are announced publicly for transparency.
